At Proviro Group, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is designed to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Return Window

You have seven (7) days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.

Condition of Return

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must also be in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

How to Make a Return

  1. Request a Return: Initiate your return by filling out the return form to help us process your return efficiently.
  2. Pack Your Return Securely: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if available) or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the items to Proviro Group.

Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days. Note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, due to our error.
